COVID... That dreaded word to a Bride. Many of my brides this year had to cancel, move their wedding to next year.. or... keep on keeping on and pair down their guest list a bit. Lauren was a bit unsure of what she was going to do after her venue canceled. We got in touch a few weeks before the wedding and did a trial with her and her mom. They decided they were going to keep their date and do a back yard wedding at her parents house.

With Covid weddings I have seen a lot of fun and creative back yard weddings. Lauren and Alex's blew me away! Her parents backyard was so stunning! I had the pleasure of doing the makeup for all of Lauren's gorgeous bridesmaids, her mother and her mother in law and of course LAUREN! Most girls opted for an airbrush application with false lashes. We went more dewy for the girls and Lauren. Both Lauren's mom and mother in law looked absolutely stunning. And not to mention the hair!!! There were 3 hair stylists total and they killed it! Look at Laurens perfect messy low bun! ( All of the hair stylists are tagged in the photographers blog post above)
